Shipping Times In nearly all instances, Pumps and Replacement Parts will be able to ship all goods ordered via our internet services within 48 hours from date of purchase (Monday to Friday). If we are unable to ship within this time frame, our sales staff will promptly contact you and discuss alternatives. If you are unhappy about a delay, we offer a full refund - no questions asked. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please contact our sales staff at sales@pumpsandreplacementparts.com to ensure your contact details have been entered into our system properly. Shipping Terms All prices are based on ex our works Perth, Western Australia. The kits supplied weigh 1.2kgs each and most of our clients collect the goods on freight account companies as DHL or UPS.
